Top prospect Austin Riley made his Major League debut last night as the Braves took on the Cardinals at SunTrust Park. He gave fans much to be excited about as he drilled his 1st career home run an estimated 438 feet off Michael Wacha in the 5th inning. Austin had been burning down the house at Gwinnett in recent weeks and led the International League in home runs. The Fan Club saw Austin homer last Saturday night at its annual outing to CoolRay Field, not knowing he would be called up so soon. We look forward to seeing Austin star in a Braves uniform for many years to come. Congratulations, Austin!
