Ronald Acuña, Brian Snitker Win MLB Awards

Congratulations to Ronald Acuña and Brian Snitker!  Yesterday Acuña was named the NL Rookie of the Year after helping lead the Braves to their first NL East Championship in five years.  The 20 year-old hit .293 with 26 homers and 16 stolen bases in 111 games.  Today Snitker received the NL Manager of the Year

Braves Clinch NL East!!!

The Atlanta Braves clinched the NL East today at SunTrust Park with a 5-3 win over the Phillies!  It was the Braves first division title since 2013 after several rebuilding years.  Mike Foltynewicz pitched another gem, while clutch hits and plays in the field held off the Phillies.  A joyous celebration on the field followed.
