Major League Trip to Cincinnati (Sold Out)

June 23, 2023 - June 25, 2023

In December we announced the 2023 Major League trip destination would be Milwaukee the weekend of July 21-23.  We have had to change to our second choice destination.  We will now go to Cincinnati the weekend of June 23-25.

The Cincinnati plan has progressed rapidly.  We have signed contracts for game tickets, hotel rooms, meal venues, and bus transportation.  The specific details are:

  • Air travelers will depart from Atlanta on Delta # 2413 departing at 1:00 PM and arriving at 2:25 PM. The trip coordinator will meet you at baggage claim and escort you to your motor coach.
  • You will be staying at the Embassy Suites Cincinnati RiverCenter, Covington, KY. The hotel is connected to The Great American Ball Park area by the Roebling Bridge over the Ohio River.  While you may choose to walk to the games, bus transportation to and from each game is included.
  • Cooked to order breakfast is included on both Saturday and Sunday.
  • Friday before the game we will have a catered group meal at the Embassy Suites. The meal will have an Italian theme.
  • Friday we will sit in mezzanine level seats behind third base.
  • Saturday we will sit in field box seats along the right field line.
  • Sunday we will be in a private suite along the left field line. Because the group size has expanded this suite will allow for plenty of room to eat, mingle and watch the game. The exact menu for Sunday is yet to be determined, but two free beers and desert in the late innings is part of the event.
  • Saturday is an open day for you to enjoy the sights and sounds of Northern Kentucky and downtown Cincinnati. More information on specific things to do in this area will be available for your planning as the trip date approaches.  Be aware that the start time of Saturday’s game is 4:10, so the bus will leave the Embassy Suites at 3 PM.
  • After the Sunday game the bus will stop at the Embassy Suites to off load land package travelers, then continue on to take the air travelers to the Cincinnati airport to catch Delta # 2151 scheduled to depart at 7:59 PM and arrive in Atlanta at 9:36 PM.

Land Package Pricing
