After 18 long months without “live” Braves baseball in Atlanta, more than 14,000 masked, socially distanced fans turned out for Opening Night at Truist Park on Friday, April 9. When the gates opened the stadium began filling to 33% capacity, our eyes drawn to “44” etched in center field as “real” fans replaced the cardboard cutouts of 2020. We eagerly anticipated a much needed in-person baseball experience. Braves fans were pumped!
